Association of Personal Injury Lawers
The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) fights for the rights of injured people. One of its aims is to promote and maintain standards in personal injury legal services. APIL campaigns for better laws to help those who become ill or who are injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. In 2005 APIL introduced its kitemark designed to acknowledge standards of competence and expertise among members who are independently accredited and monitored under a recognisable quality mark.
